First off, I am so glad you’re here and thinking about therapeutic support in your life! I have found through all the ebbs and flows of life, sometimes we have to get a bit creative with our healing. Life is fluid and ever moving so healing is has to be given the same permission. We never arrive at the destination of healed. We learn how to respond to our wounds of life through a capable perspective. We believe in the process of living with healing.
